No More Republicans and Democrats
Politically, the United States is a representational democracy. In other words, we vote for representatives who then work on our behalf to make policy and pass laws. But Congress needs us voters only every two or six years. In between they respond to corporate lobbyists and globalist donors who woo politicians with money.
As a globalist himself, President Obama strengthened the power and wealth of globalists. The wealth gap widened more under Obama after the Great Recession of 2007 and under the Obama-Biden regime after COVID than ever before. During Obama’s first two terms, Republican Chief Justice John Roberts and the Supreme Court gave globalists unlimited capacity to donate to politicians, which heralded the sale of Congress members.
Today, Congressional members – both so-called Republicans and Democrats – feast off contributions from lobbyists, corporate CEOs, Wall Street moguls, Big Farma, the Military Industrial Complex and dark money from overseas sources. Even lobbyists write legislation for Congress.
As a result, members of Congress – and even state legislatures – no longer represent their voters. While most voters don’t see the difference, Republicans (conservative) or Democrats (liberals) have been replaced with Nationalists (those who work for the betterment of the United States) and Globalists (those who work for the goal of one world government and financial system). This was the globalist goal since the creation of the United Nations 75 years ago.
America has more nationalists than globalists, but globalists have more money – and thus power – to control politicians. Thus most U.S. citizens are not represented by those for whom they vote as their representatives for the most part kowtow to rich globalist donors.
Most Republicans are globalists and belong to the Establishment and are actually more comfortable serving as controlled opposition under Democrat leadership. Another term for Establishment is “Uniparty.”Why? This arrangement works because the Washington Establishment can work in a “bipartisan” fashion; they don’t rock the boat unmanageably, and they gain financially from globalist sources while escaping negative scrutiny by mainstream media.
Consequently, the voting records of Congressional and state legislature members show that we no longer have a representative democracy. Nor is Congress made up of Republicans and Democrats. They are either Nationalists or Globalists. The last presidential election showed that most voters were Nationalists, but those who supposedly represent us in government are not.
During the Biden-Obama years, Congressional Globalists consisted of 69% of the Senate and 65% of the House. However, the Senate was 49% Republican and 51% Republican in the House. Had their representatives voted as their constituents wanted, Republicans could have stopped much of the $7 trillion annual spending of the government, which resulted in $37 trillion of US debt.
In the recent redistricting fight, while all New England has 40% Republican voters, all NE states have NO Republican districts. But in Indiana when the RED state tried to redistrict to 9 – 0, nearly half of the Republicans in a 40 -10 Republican-led legislature voted against the redistricting plan.
Why do these elected officials betray their constituents?
Because they are not funded by their constituents. These elected officials work for big donors. On average, in-state contributions to House members amount to 60% of their donations and out-of-state contributions to 40%. In the Senate, on average, in-state contributions are 34% and out-of-state contributions are 66%.
Only 11 of the 533 members of Congress receive the majority of their contributions from small donors while 522 get over 50 percent of their funding from big donors. One in ten members of Congress receive less than one percent of their contributions from small donors. Of 533 Congressional members, the mean amount of contributions from big donors is 93 percent and only 7 percent from small donors.
Because of this big donor funding, from 2021 to 2014, Obama (and Biden) controlled Republicans well. Based on three polls, the following chart shows the key issues Republican voters wanted addressed and how Republican Congressional members voted:
Reduce government spending 62% Republicans helped pass all Biden spending
Reduce campaign financing 81% Republicans have done nothing
Reduce money in politics 69% Republicans have done nothing
Eliminate CRT-grooming 68% Republicans approved all education funds
Address China as US threat 80% Republicans have done nothing
Reduce crime 83% Republicans have done nothing
Reduce inflation 89% Republicans helped pass more spending
Reduce illegal immigration 86% Republicans tried to codify 5,000 illegals a day
Deescalate Ukraine War 50% Republicans approved $200 B to Ukraine
Fix country on wrong track 70% Republicans have done nothing
Investigate FBI 70% Republicans voted to increase FBI funding
Fix Voter ID-Election integrity 80% Republicans didn’t pass citizenship bill
Arguments: (Points to consider) How did the widening of the wealth gap between the top 5% of Americans and the lower 95% help Obama pursue his “fundamental change” strategy? Because of their wealth and control, should rich globalist oligarchs have a greater say in how government should run this country than average American citizens through represented officials? Do elected officials believe they know more and better than their average constituents and that is why they vote against the will of their voters? Or should voters vote for candidates with the least amount of financial backing, most of which comes from small in-state sources? Or should constituents vote for candidates with the most money, regardless of source?
